Inspired by our James Beard award-winning Key Ingredient series, #KICO Invites you to taste dishes created by 16 of Chicago’s most outstanding chefs using one of four specific ingredients. Then you get to vote on your favorite! The theme this year is South of the Border—so expect a little spiciness as our chefs cook for a chance to be named this year’s Key Ingredient Cook-off Champion.

Buy a ticket now at $50—price increases to $60 at the door—and you get tastings from all-participating chefs, complimentary drinks from Goose Island, Brown Forman, City Winery, and Coffee from our friends at HalfWit Coffee Roasters. Early bird ticket buyers also get an exclusive private hosted pre-reception sponsored by Goose Island. The pre-reception includes special dishes cooked with Sofie beer from VIP chefs Rob Levitt and Won Kim.
